Apply for School Transport The Education Authority has introduced a new online process for parents applying for home to school transport assistance. The service allows parents to make applications for transport assistance online and receive an initial assessment indicating whether their child/children are eligible for transport assistance. |

Education Maintenance Allowance If you decide to stay on at school or go to college you may be able to get Education Maintenance Allowance (EMA). EMA is a fortnightly payment of up to £60 for students who are aged 16, 17, 18 or 19 years. It is paid directly to young people who fall within the households income thresholds listed above and who stay on in education after they reach statutory leaving age which is after the end of their compulsory schooling. |
