Year 8 footballer Mia is making her mark on the football pitch. She was recently selected for the 2007 Northern Ireland Football team and last weekend they got a chance to visit the Rangers ground.
The tour of Ibrox was not all Mia enjoyed. Her NI 2007 team played a match against the Rangers Girls’ winning with a convincing 4 – 0 score. Our very own super striker, Mia scored three of those four goals. Maybe Rangers scouts have their eye on more than one impressive footballer from Bangor!
